Do We Need To Stick To The Basics??????

This is India..Here almost the entire population is fanatic about one game..CRICKET!!!! The title I chose for this blog has much to do with a phrase that almost every commentator uses in the game..Whenever a batsmen or a bowler struggles with his form or rhythm..."He Needs To Stick To The Basics!!!" Its been widely accepted that the Men In Blue's recent defeat at the Twenty20 world cup is also due to the fact that they couldn "Stick To Their Basics"????????Just to ensure that the team does do it Rahul Dravid has been picked for the squad for the Champions Trophy in South Africa later this year!!!!All of this stuff for one reason!!!! Just to "Stick To The Basics"?????????????



So what is exactly these basics???Experts in the field say for batsmen there is this stuff like playing close to the body...moving the feet in the right direction..timing the shots...getting the placement right..having the head still while playing the shots..N all this...For bowlers its bowling to a rhythm..maintaining good line and length...surprising the batsmen with both the short ball and the slow ball...Just like how am surprising you guys who are reading this with all these cricket related stuffs..but guys you have a surprise!!!!! Am trying to feed you guys a sugar-coated pill!!!!



So just a game of cricket needs so many basic things to be right to perform to the best of abilities?????????? What about the life that we live in this world!!!! Do we have those basic core values that we need to stick to too????? Are we even aware of the existence of such a thing?? This is an era were, speaking on the mindset of this generation Indians we learn hard...party even harder...those with stuff try and make it out to the United States for higher degree and find a job there and settle there..Its my opinion that people are so obsessed with the comforts and luxury that money offers them that they fail to realise the basic necessity of life...LOVE!!!


People are getting so practical these days that they have no belief in what comes from the heart..they just feel that something like love never exists..They feel physical comfort like luxury is the one that is more important..and never feel the need for mental comfort...that can be offered only by love..So its hightime people realise that pursuing higher studies and working in corporates is not the things we are born to do...we are born to live here and love here....believe me if everyone realises this simple fact there will be no hatred no war!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So what do u say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do We Need To Stick To The Basics??????????????????
